Loadout & Stats
Your Loadout determines your effectiveness in combat and your resilience against random events.
Gear Types
Section titled “Gear Types”Weapons
Section titled “Weapons”Weapons increase your Attack stat, making you more likely to succeed when mugging others.
- Examples: Knife, Pistol, SMG.
- Stats: Higher tier weapons provide more Attack but may come with higher Risk (visibility to police).
Armor increases your Defense stat, helping you resist muggings and mitigate losses from police raids.
- Examples: Vest, Heavy Armor.
- Stats: Higher tier armor provides more Defense.
Hired muscle to protect your operation.
- Cost: Ongoing salary (or upfront cost, depending on game version).
- Stats:
- +1 Attack per Goon.
- +1 Defense per Goon.
- Special Ability:
- Anti-Robbery: If you encounter a “Scrape Head” event, your Goons will stomp the robber. You lose 0 Cash, but 1 Goon is lost in the scuffle.
- Meat Shield: Goons can die during PvP combat if you lose.
Stat Effects
Section titled “Stat Effects”| Stat | Effect |
|---|---|
| Attack | Increases chance of winning a mugging attempt. |
| Defense | Increases chance of repelling a mugging attempt. Reduces goods lost during a CANU Bust (Police Raid). |
| Risk | Increases the likelihood of negative events when traveling (e.g., Police Raids). |
Managing Loadout
Section titled “Managing Loadout”You can purchase gear at specific locations (usually the black market or gun store). Balance your spending between inventory (to make money) and loadout (to protect money).
